Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unworn UGGs back into their original shoe box and secure them inside a mailing satchel or shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
